Excellent room, clean and modern. In my opinion, the breakfast room was a little too fresh, personally I don't like the freeze-dried products from coffee and juice machines. I recommend asking for fresh produce at the breakfast room bar.

'Articoli da toeletta in omaggio'... Così è scritto nella brochure dell'hotel, che vanta le 4 stelle, invece in bagno trovi solo shampoo e doccia-schiuma, oltre la saponetta, una sola, sebbene fossimo in due e pure assai sottile: nessuna cuffietta per la doccia, nessun balsamo, ma soprattutto, neppure un paio di pantofole di cortesia. Persino in Thailandia ormai ti danno pure lo spazzolino da denti e i cotton fioc....Oltre a questi dettagli non banali, quando siamo andati a chiedere le pantofole in reception, ecco che il portiere le ha miracolosamente tirate fuori da sotto il bancone! Come mai? Vuoi risparmiare e le metti solo se le chiedono ???? Ma siamo in campeggio? Le stanze si danno perfette e pronte all'uso. Altra sorpresa sgradevole: la mancanza di interruttore Usb per il cellulare (nemmeno uno nella stanza). Decisamente pessimo, caduta di stile vergognosa e nessun rapporto qualità-prezzo (oltre 200 a notte). Da non scegliere.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und modern. An der Reception könnte es ein wenig Musik haben da es ein wenig steril scheint. Für ein 4Stern Hotel fehlen im Bad ein Spiegel wo man sich besser sieht, flüssige Seife, Wattenstäbchen, etc. Ansonsten ist das Hotel sehr gut!

CORDIALITÀ ZERO. Ho prenotato una camera in questo hotel e dopo circa 30 min dalla prenotazione mi sono resa conto di aver sbagliato il giorno. Ho chiamato immediatamente il receptionist il quale, con fare scorbutico,mi ha detto che nulla c’era da fare senza darmi altra spiegazione. Credo che la cordialità sia la prima cosa da vedere quando si soggiorna in determinati hotel che vantano 4 stelle. Vi consiglio fortemente di andare altrove.

Hotel au top! Les chambres sont spacieuse et très au calme ! Accueil et service parfait! Nous y avons séjourné 1 nuit pour visiter Parme Il est excentré mais nous avions pris les velo en libre service avec appli pour aller visiter le centre de Parme. 10 mn pour accéder au centre ville. Nous avons opté pour cette solution car la réceptionniste nous avait recommandé le parking de la gare pour y aller en voiture. En lisant les commentaires sur internet de ce derner nous nous aperçu que les voitures se faisaient cambrioler.
