We had a wonderful 3 night stay here. We were given a room upgrade to a junior suite, which was huge & equipped with everything we could possibly need - minibar, coffee machine, bath and shower, separate space in the foyer for our luggage and a huge lounge area. Bottled water was provided daily and there was a pillow menu to ensure a perfect night’s sleep. Although located outside the old town, there is direct access into the large park behind the hotel and from there it’s a very short walk along shady paths to the Giuseppe Verdi bridge that leads directly into the city centre. The park itself is very popular with locals and tends to be quite busy well into the evening so it’s a safe walk at any time. The hotel is also only a short walk from the railway station. We did not eat at the hotel, but there is a restaurant and a separate buffet area AND a bar with plenty of seating. Staff were helpful and friendly and we could not have had a better stay.

Ottima sistemazione in un hotel vecchiotto ma rinnovato in modo impeccabile, in posizione comoda per il centro e per chi arriva in auto. La hall è sontuosa, con bei quadri alle pareti e le stanze sono molto accoglienti, con biancheria fresca e materassi confortevoli ( un po’ rigidi). I locali per congressi sono spaziosi e attrezzati e lo staff molto professionale.
