Peccato il ristorante attaccato all’hotel non abbia dei posti riservati per gli ospiti È stato impossibile cenare in sede Le stanze con arredo moderno erano molto confortevoli e funzionali Eccellente la pulizia La colazione non è inclusa

Le camere sono carine ma il personale molto maleducato in particolare una signora bionda delle pulizie straniera che è stata fin da subito scortese. Avevo problemi ad aprire la porta le ho chiesto aiuto e lei stufata mi ha aperto. Poi mi ha invitato ad uscire anche se avevo fatto 20 minuti di ritardo e nell’ uscire dalla camera non è stato affatto gentile quello che ha detto. C’ è modo e modo! Proprio molto negativa !

Très bon accueil. Chambre très propre, confortable. Parfait pour une nuit étape. Hôtel situé à côté d une pompe à essence( très pratique). Très bon rapport qualité prix. Le petit déjeuner était correct mais pourrait être amélioré mais cela reste secondaire.

Beautiful hotel located on the outskirts of Parma’s city area. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful during our stay. Also recommended wonderful things to do in Parma. If you get a chance make sure to visit Tattoria del Calcciatore!! Located in the farmland but best meal in Europe!!!

Non posso recensire l'hotel nella sua forma (camere, colazione ecc) perché non ho avuto la possibilità di andarci. A marzo 2023 ho prenotato con la mia famiglia una notte per il ponte del 25 aprile. Alice, ci ha inviato una mail per confermare la prenotazione. Il 23 sera, alle 21 circa io, mia moglie e nostra figlia di 16 mesi ci presentiamo per il check in. Ma sorpresa vuole che non c'era la nostra prenotazione e l'hotel era sould out. La signora che c'era alla reception ci ha confermato che la mail con la loro risposta c'era. È stata una mancanza da parte di Alice nel trascrivere la prenotazione. L'assurdità è la mancanza di aiuto vista l'ora, il ponte e una bimba piccola a trovare una soluzione. Cosa che mi aspettavo dall'hotel e non che dovessi fare io in modo autonomo. Dovendo anche rimetterci di prezzo. Trovo la gestione davvero assurda oltre che poco educato.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff at check-in were very helpful. The hotel is out of the city but we were able to get to downtown in less than 15 minutes for our appointment, so it’s not too far. We had a car, and the on-site parking was perfect. We left too early to eat breakfast, so I can’t comment on that.
