衞生條件非常好，酒店四處都十分整潔乾淨，房間裏也一塵不染的感覺，沒有任何異味。整體和國內四五星級的酒店比起來好太多了，可能也跟海外環境本來就乾淨有關係。服務員每天都會主動整理房間。
酒店非常適合自駕旅遊的人。首先有足夠的停車位，而且是免費的。所在區域在奧克蘭較中心位置，去景點很方便。但不是市中心，不堵車。
房間設施比較齊全，我選的房間是帶廚房的，裏麪包含了鍋碗刀叉，去超市簡單買點食材就可以自己煮了，方便又經濟。不過國內去的朋友要注意，這裡是不提供一次性拖鞋和牙刷牙膏的。酒店有洗衣房，自助洗衣和乾衣各投三紐幣。
酒店服務員也挺熱情負責。剛到第一晚，保險櫃密碼設定有點問題，和前台聯繫，很快就派工作人員來處理。我多次找前台協助打印資料，都能及時響應，本來每頁要收25分，好幾次衹打一頁的時候，直接不收了。

非常方便的酒店，兩局室其中一間就有兩張大床，夠四個人住，另外一間是兩張單人床，有餐廳可以額外付費吃飯，早餐到晚餐都有，陽台看奧克蘭夜景很美

離玫瑰園和聖三一教堂不遠的一家酒店，雖然房間有點舊，但相應的配套還是比較齊全。客廳非常大，廚房用品齊備。
