The service in Bhutan is actually quite good, but this Le Méridien is very frustrating. When I arrived, no one helped me with my luggage. I went to the front desk last night to reserve a take away breakfast for this morning, but when I went in the morning, they said it was not available and asked me to wait. I couldn't wait even if I had an early flight. 😅 The service is far worse than other hotels in Bhutan.

Stay was perfect at le meridian river front...meals was excellent and service was promt..especially Sui,sushma and Benu..overall we perfectly enjoyed our stay. Thank you letter meridian family for the wonderful service and we will make sure we come back again

Satyajeet is the best chef the provided food by the chef and his assistant at all three time of day was great,best service,best staff,best chef best ambience,have different facilities like pool, gym, and ambience is really beautiful. Room no. 105,104 was very good and well maintained. Back river view is very good. Good fruits and flowers.

Le meridiem paro riverfront is located at exceptionally wonderful place with such a good view of the river and the mountain. We were welcomed by Ms Benu at front desk with beautiful white khadar and she is such a humble person helped us get a beautiful room. Mr Uguen dorji at the bar was so welcoming and he made us wonderful drinks. We would love to come back to Bhutan once more and stay at le meridien paro . Thank you Benu and Uguen for wonderful service and warm hospitality.

Location Location Location… This is a beautiful hotel by the Paro River ten odd minutes from the airport. Lots of open spaces, a lovely terrace for functions and the complimentary high tea right across the river. The garden by the river gives additional instagrammable moments besides just the moments to sit quietly and just breathe the really fresh air and do nothing though I did see the odd yoga practitioners and walkers. The gym is well equipped and overlooks the garden and river as well as is the pool. They have a nice spa which is quite heavily booked so I would advise booking a slot early. The rooms we were in on the 4th floor are really nice, large and comfortable and spotless like all of Bhutan. The buffet is generous and most of all the staff are really polite, courteous and efficient. We had a wonderful stay and on hindsight perhaps a tad short for two nights. We’ll definitely be back.

Great location, great food and great hospitality. Staff has been very courteous and special mention to Head chef Satyajeet Mondal. High tea followed with cultural programme was quite exciting. Room cleanliness was perfect. Kudos to team . Anurag Alagh

Stay was amazing, location is one of the best riverside, Food also amazing. I was impressed with the customise food service by Chef Mr. Satyajit ji. Impressive. Also one service guy by name Mr. Tshewang Dorji is very kind & generous. He took so much care about your food personally. Very good service by him. Do tip him well. Overall was a very amazing stay.
