I liked that it was located near so many things and only 10 minutes from historic Annapolis. Everyone was very helpful at the front desk. I want to give a huge shout out to Patti in the dining room. There was a snow storm and everyone else called in sick except her and the cook. She took everything in stride and kicked butt doing her job. She made my morning!
I never got a cookie at check in, but thats ok. lol

Service at the restaurant was so attentive and helpful, even on busy days where they were clearly understaffed! Food was excellent as well. The room was nicely apportioned and the bed super-comfortable.

We arrived April 5th, evening, the 2 ladies at the front desk were amazing and helpful. The hotel was nice and clean. We enjoyed the bar and the bartender. The only bummer was the cookies were all gone. It was nice to have coffee when we left in the am.

We were in town for a soccer tournament. I chose to check in via the hilton app which was a very smooth process. Our room was clean and even though the hotel was packed with guests, it was very quiet. The only thing I wished the hotel had was a laundry room for guests.

I did not like the greeting of not good evening or hello but hold on the system is down and no offer of the cookies upon check in. The waiters at the restaurant in the hotel were stand-offish to the point that it caught my 8 year old daughters attention. I did speak to the manager on duty. This was not the normal double tree experience. This property does not represent the double tree brand in a positive fashion.
