Nice hotel. Friendly service

Front desk did not recognize me as a platinum member or explain anything about the hotel such as the pool was closed, breakfast hours or parking which was ridiculous to pay for. Breakfast was the worst I've ever had. Sausage on the biscuit was rancid. Had a card on my car which said I didn't pay for it but had to show my receipt to prove it. Had coffee pods in the room but no coffee maker to use them. Cabinets were too high for me to reach. The only saving graces were housekeepers were very nice, and the room was quiet and comfortable.

Hotel was nice and room was clean. Breakfast was sub par so much so that I skipped and dined out! I but I don’t too much faith that a free meal would be great. Also, My room black out curtain remote did not work. I went to the front desk and the manager old me that they would send someone to my room while I was out for the day to make repairs. I got back that night and still broken and no update as to whether they came to my room or not. I would have scored better if they had just updated me like “we needed parts” but to say nothing or leave a note meant to me that they didn’t care.

$9.50/day to park. Breakfast not inspired. Stayed 2 day; you room does not get made up unless you stay 3 days. There is a Level 2 EV charger, free. We were put in the disabled/accessible room - couldn't get the shade up (turns out it works on a switch next to the bed), closet rod was much lower than usual, so couldn't hang up 2 full-length dresses (we had come for a wedding). Electric outlets only on one side of bed and one at desk. No counter space in bathroom to speak of. Seemed like a lot of corners had been cut.

We enjoyed our stay and really appreciate the housekeeping staff for keeping our room clean as well as the facility. Thank you all!

Room was modern, extremely clean and spacious. Towels were fluffy and plentiful. The free breakfast was great. Lots of choice, good eggs and great toppings for oatmeal. Only thing that would have made it better was a waffle maker rather than pre-packaged ones (but I’m being very fussy!) Lady on reception was very helpful and welcomed us back each day. Although there was a pool and hot tub, they did not look very inviting and so they did not try them. A good value and very pleasant stay.

The room did not have a fresh smell, toilet clogged. No new sheets or cleaned room 2 nd day

Lovely place. Annapolis is a beautiful city. Great restaurants and shopping. This was by far the best hotel we stayed in our whole trip.

Overall good. However, when I search Expdia it was for free parking. This hotel cam up on the search. This hotel charged for parking. That was unexpected.
