Best quality price report. Lunch buffet (hot and cold) with a limited but plentiful choice. Very pleasant room, with balcony. Attentive staff. Super calm. The hotel is very well located, close to the center of Parikia as well as restaurants by the sea. The room was spacious and well equipped (kettle, instant coffee). We also had a balcony, which was nice. Breakfast is good (salty and sweet), there is what you need. Great stay, I recommend!

I arrived at 6:15 pm and there was no one at reception, but there was a contact number and after sending a WhatsApp they came in five minutes.
The hotel closes the door at night, and I had forgotten the key in the room, when I returned at 9:30 pm it was closed, I sent WhatsApp and no one responded, my luck that a guest arrived 15 minutes later and opened the door.
Good room, no elevator.
Close to the port, overall it was worth it

The hotel was very comfortable, and the rooms were spacious and updated. The balcony was an added bonus! The breakfast buffet was good. It is a short walk (5-10 minutes) to the buses and port. There is a very friendly cat who hangs out on the property and likes pets and treats!
I would definitely stay here again!

Hotel lived up to our expectations I don’t know whether I could call it a boutique hotel though Convenient location, walking distance to Paroikia Public parking right across the small street A bit squeezed but totally decent Breakfast is basic but absolutely fine Even coffee exceeded expectations Our room was among the smallest but for a 2 night stay it was perfect Small balcony, lots of trees to make one feel on vacation Efficient air conditioner Kettle, mini fridge ( although empty-they could have put a small bottle of water in), safety box and hair dryer in the room Bedding was excellent and towels new, fluffy and clean- great surprise They also provide beach towels-an extra bonus for travellers Definitely recommend for business travellers

We spent five nights in this hotel this summer. Overall we are quite happy with our experience despite a few shortcomings. Positive points: - Spacious rooms, with very nice decoration - Balcony or terrace - Top bedding - Great location a few meters from the beach and the city center - Very decent breakfast - wifi Negative points: - Location in front of a public car park .Not great for the view - Soundproofing - Very poor daily cleaning - Non-existent reception
