Summer Senses Luxury Resort

We just left summer senses and wish we would have stayed longer! By far the most accommodating, and attentive resort we’ve stayed at ever. Every detail was well thought of, and the staff were so helpful. From getting us a rental car to making us reservations, and us never having to carry our luggage. Truly a perfect honeymoon destination. Everyone was so nice, and we cannot wait to come back!

We stayed for 10 days and we didn’t regret it. Although we are not the kind of people that stay “caget” in Luxury Resorts, this one did give us a very good reason to break the rule. Nice, cozy and modern rooms with all the amenities that could turn your stay into a luxurious one. The pools were not too crowded and the drinks of the pool-bar added a “ twist” to our relaxation. The food, just OH MY GOD!! One con though, which was not something that could someone blame the hotel or anyone for that matter, is the Greek “Meltemi”which does not take into account your plans. Hehe Anyway, we are definitely coming back!!

Summer Senses is a lovely hotel. The pool area is very nice, staff welcoming and the breakfast is delightful (coffee is incredible!) On the down side we didn't get a room upgrade (despite being Gold ******* members and all other room types being available). The gym is very small and you have to book. Towels were changed twice (!) a day which isn't very environmentally friendly. You definitely need a car/transport as there is nothing really in walkable distance and, as in most of Greece, no pavements. Overall a very lovely hotel, but a few areas of improvement perhaps.

Large property with spacious gardens and lots of pools. Although large was fairly quiet and peaceful. Friendly and efficient reception, bars and restaurant. Short 4 min easy walk to the beach with 2 private beach clubs (Punda Coast and Viva Punda) with beds for extra charge. Good breakfast buffet. Free parking. Short 5 min drive to Piso Livadi which has great restaurants. 10 mins drive to Golden Beach or the cute beach village of Dryos. Then 20 mins to either the town of Parakia or Naousa.

Couldn’t possibly say enough good things about this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we felt tended to in a way that far exceeds a normal hotel experience. The staff is lovely, polite and friendly. It also seemed like there was a ton of staff around, and we felt like there was always someone ready to serve us a drink, hand us a towel, put up our pool umbrella, etc. This hotel is a bit away from the more busy towns, which adds to the effect of it being a true retreat. However, if you’re looking for a close to the action experience, I would look closer to Naoussa. That being said, I would recommend anyone who goes to Paros to stay and experience Summer Senses!

The most superb staff you could ever ask for!! Reservations, checking in, and checking out went super smooth with Irene explaining all of the hotel rules and making sure our stay was perfect. George helped me plan the entire stay prior to our vacation, and during our trip as well. He is knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Constatino picked us up at the airport for our 30 minute ride to Summer Senses. During the ride, he was giving us information about Paros. He made it a very pleasant experience. Natalia greeted us with a smile and a wonderfully welcoming drink. She showed us all around and explained everything. I actually made it a point to stop at the desk often to exchange ideas with her not just about Paros but also about my beloved Greece. The wait staff at the restaurant were phenomenal!! Michalis is beyond knowledgeable on the menu items and the ingredients . It was such a pleasure to learn more about the Greek food with him. Agathi is the sweetest waitress and always attentive if we needed anything. Giorgos is super polite also always alert to make sure that we had everything we needed. At the spa, Maria and Constantino are wonderful masseurs. Needless to say, I went twice for a massage. Maria’s detox massage will be missed!! It was nice to have housekeeping check on the room twice daily. It really made a difference. Having a hospitality background myself, I am very particular with hotels. Summer Senses has the best, most knowledgeable, and friendliest staff one could ever ask for!!! I will miss the entire staff!! Thank you all for making our trip so memorable! Epharisto Poli

This was the second stop of our Grecian honeymoon and it was outstanding. The service is incredible they can’t do enough for you. They called a car wherever we needed to go, and all we had to do was call the hotel and they would send one where we were. Everyday at 5pm they sent us a complimentary bottle of wine and snack. The housekeeping was wonderful and the room spacious and gorgeous. The island of Paros is so lovely. It felt like a wonderful escape. Fabulous spa and massage service as well. They pamper you here!

please be warned this is by no means 5Stars . The hotel staff do not care nor do they cater for your needs. The restaurant (which is supposed to be Michelin standard) is a complete joke. We struggled to buy wine from the hotels wine list ? The rooms are so close to each other - i can hear every sound (don't ask) Never again - the management when i approached them did not want to know - BEWARE
