In this hotel they are very good at taking misleading photographs and terrible at managing the relationship with the customer. It is not a boutique hotel, much less a resort and above all it does not deserve 5 stars. As soon as we arrived the place was so different from what we had imagined that we thought we had the wrong address. Not only, unlike what is shown in the photographs, did it seem to have a beach (which in reality is 300 meters away and is not even what it looks like in the photograph), but the hotel is located in such a position that you can't even see the sea. Terrible welcome in a cold, gloomy hall with furniture that totally needs to be renovated. Where before bringing the welcome drink they ask for your credit card without even telling you the reason, as if you hadn't already paid for the accommodation in full in advance. The girl who leads you to the room puts on a disc where it boasts a restaurant with a starred chef and gives a series of information on the spa and gym which then turns out to be not up to par, like everything else. The room, which was supposed to be a junior suite, seemed like a normal room, no note of merit that made it a junior suite. The small bathroom has a basic shower without glass which caused the entire floor to flood. The room didn't even have a full mirror, it wasn't equipped with a kettle and the minibar was totally unstocked with exaggerated prices. It wasn't even possible to open the suitcases as there wasn't adequate space, a detail not up to the standard of a junior suite and not found in all the other hotels on our trip to Greece. The windows couldn't be opened in the room because the smell of food came from the kitchens. In the evening when we returned it was difficult to park the car in the car park as it was always full. The breakfast was not at all rich, very little choice and poor quality: totally worth reviewing. Furthermore, the table layout was decided by a rude lady at the entrance to the breakfast area who required you to wait your turn to sit down. Given the price you pay, which is not commensurate with the room and the overall offer of the hotel, one would expect at least a bit of peace and silence to enjoy the days in relaxation, but instead it is full of children doing ****** everywhere from the early morning, so after breakfast you already have a headache. Not to mention the traffic every time you got in the car: the road to get to the main areas of the island was so busy that it took an hour to cover a short distance. Having arrived from a beautiful hotel on another island with a memorable room, an even more memorable breakfast and infinite peace, we find it unacceptable to pay those prices for that insignificant room, in a location that is not at all convenient and we don't want to ruin our holiday further. So instead of staying 6 days as planned, we decide to leave the hotel early after only a day and a half after our arrival, we c
