Das Alpina ist ein gemütliches, sehr gut gelegenes Hotel das mit persönlicher Führung und einem ausgezeichneten Restaurant besticht. Wir fühlen uns immer wie zu Hause dort und dazu noch die Pisten vor der Tür-was will man mehr!

Sehr liebes und aufmerksames Team und tolle Lage für Ski in und Ski out . Halbpension war abwechslungsreich und sehr schmackhaft, Frühstück war entsprechend auch reichlich und tolle präsentiert. Die Zimmer waren einfach aber gross und sauber , mit neuen Bädern.

Mit den neuen Gastgebern wird das nicht lange gut gehen. Essen war eine wahre Katastrophe und die Küche und der Service schlicht ungenügend. Keiner der Tische war zufrieden und mit den Kommentar „ die Küche kommt nicht nach“ bei halb leerem Restaurant hat es nicht besser gemacht. Bitte geht in die anderen Restaurants der Region, schade fürs Geld.

Nur wenige Meter vom Sessellift entfernt, war das Alpina für uns perfekt. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden (reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet und zusätzlich bestellbare frische Eierspeisen, leckeres 4-Gang-Menü am Abend, das unsere Erwartungen deutlich übertroffen hat). Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der freundliche Service, auch das Gastgeberehepaar war überaus nett. Empfehlung!

Top Lage nur 200m von der Talstation Heimberg. Zimmer sehr ruhig und sauber, super reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Der Empfang mega freundlich und familiär, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Wir kommen wieder!

tldr: fondue chinoise was ok, apparently, but the fries and rice arrived only 15 min after the meat was served. my vegan burger had no (!) patty, just some tomato slices and fried eggplant cubes on soggy fries. even the bun was a disgrace. Unless you are a very bad person, most likely you do not deserve this.

The hotel is very conveniently located. You can ski out and practically ski in - though you need to figure out how to get back through side slope that gets you within 20 meters of the hotel. The hotel itself didn't provide instructions on how to get there. It has a sauna, and a ski room. The lobby is pretty sleepy. The rooms have a queen bed. i.e. cannot be separated into 2 single beds, which is a bit inconvenient if not travelling as a couple. Breakfast was very good. Dinner as well, though we chose to eat out most nights. Service is good when they are there - till 6 PM. After that they provide a number to call, and promise to answer immediately - which they did not.

Wir waren das erste mal im Hotel Alpina und rund um zufrieden. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, gutes Essen und der nächste Lift ist nur wenige Meter entfernt. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder buchen.
