The owner is very nice and friendly. The place is clean and relaxing. Most importantly, it is located opposite to the mall. The annoying part is that when the mall is closed at night, I have to walk around the mall to get to the opposite street. Nevertheless, this is a highly recommended place to stay.

It is comfortable with sufficient services. It is close to the downtown area and there are no bad points. The bathroom and toilet are shared, but they are kept clean. You can enjoy your own time quietly at night.

It was a very cozy hostel. The mixed share rooms have individual beds instead of bunk beds, so you don't have to disturb someone else's sleep, which is a big plus! The owner is a very calm and kind person, and he starts by giving us a thorough tour of the surrounding area and the hostel. There is a garden and a pool, and the kitchen is equipped with salt, pepper, and oil, and we could drink tea and coffee freely. It was also nice that we didn't have to buy a few condiments just to cook for ourselves for a few nights. The people staying there were friendly, and it's been a while since I've come across such a cozy hostel. I'd like to use it again when I visit Cairns! I really recommend it to everyone!

Superb! Excellent room with AC! Was spotless and loved the heritage style- had so much character! Bathroom also best I have ever seen in a hostel- spotless! The owner was very pleasant and let is store our cases in the store whilst we went on an overnight dive trip! Thanks!!
