Es mi tercera a Rincón del Montero y muy tristemente, las habitaciones ahora está sucias, con cucarachas, los cojines manchados, en Recepción muy poco ayudaron, no es un hotel en lo absoluto económico para ofrecer estas deplorables condiciones, no volveré una cuarta vez, que triste porque era un muy agradable hotel.

El hotel está en remodelación y luce descuidado o abandonado en algunas zonas. Un hotel ruidoso hacen trabajos de mantenimiento por las mañanas que no deja descansar. Los alimentos son muy malos y caros, para desayuno solo tienen opción de bufete con muy poca variedad y lo poco que hay es de mala calidad.

No respetan las políticas de cancelación. NO te devuelven tu dinero, solo te dicen que lo van a checar y le tiran la bolita al área contable atendida por Guadalupe Gamez. El sr. Ignacio Martin gerente del lugar tampoco da un seguimiento profesional. Llevo 5 meses solicitando mi reembolso y mismos que me dan largas.

Pésima atención de parte del área de reservas te mal informan y luego te cancelan a menos de una semana del viaje, aún y contando con código de reservación. Decepcionada ya que se supones es uno de los mejores hoteles del lugar y era la primera vez que iba.

Muy mal servicio por parte del personal de reservaciones. Reservamos el día 31 de oct por llamada (para 3 y 4 de nov)y nos dijeron que si podíamos cancelar la reservación. Un día después, osea hoy (1 de nov), cancelamos y nos cobraron 1 noche, alegando que son válidas las cancelaciones 10 días antes. Eso no fue lo que comento la Srita. de ventas. No estaba el gerente del hotel y no me resolvieron nada.

Pésimo a las 6:50am empezaron hablar por micrófono y pusieron música muy fuerte, al reservar no nos dijeron que había un evento de ciclismo, se supone que veníamos a descansar y visitar los viñedos, no les recomiendo reservar en este hotel, muy mala experiencia

Overrated, is not that cool they asked us for $550 MXN per night for my son and is not food or drinks included. They have tennis court and nice garden tho. But the rooms are not good to be honest. The air condition from my room did not work the screen is small they don’t give you snacks or something in the room. Basically the room is not worth it but the common stays like garden, pool, restaurant are good.
