1 hilton court Parsippany NJ 07054 The room was nice with acomfortable soft bed. However Saturday night, I tried to get something to eat at Ruth Chris and met the most rudest staff. I asked to be seated they said they were booked i said ok I understand, can I order something to take to my room...the fellow said,"you'll have to come back later for it"no explanation. I asked why I couldn't just wait for it and he looked at me like I had some nerve. I will never revisit. However on a good note Michael the Bellman was very, very helpful and kind. I give Michael A+++ he was wonderful. He helped me what a nice fellow.

I stayed at the Hampton Inn but got coffee at the onsite Hilton Starbucks and was always greeted with very friendly and accommodating staff. In particular I saw Putu nearly all the time and he even gave me a delicious complimentary dessert.

The hotel was very nice I had gone to a chill theater convention and it was raining and one of the staff members got me to my car that was about 3 mins away his name is Michael Bellman he was so nice to help me

I spent the weekend at Chiller Theater and had a great stay. Michael the bellman was exceptionally attentive and went out of his way to assist us. Would definitely stay again!
