Check in was a breeze because I checked in online that morning. The room was nice but it has evidence of age. The pictures online make it seem to be so luxurious and new, but this is not the case. We had a corner room and it was a great size. The bed was comfortable and so were the pillows. The remodeled area at the bar and restaurant were very nice.

We was panicked because of the broken water tap but he made us comfortable by repairing our room’s water tap with teaching the way we use it. End of the process of repairing it, he told us how we could use it. And he was also humorous that we could keep smile.

Amazing stay at this castle hotel. First, the parking lot was great, it had so many available spots to park. Secondly, we my husband and I entered, we saw that they had professional security onsite. Security guard James was terrific. Manager Ron helped us with the check-in process and was friendly. Thank you to security guard James and Manager Ron.

Just wanted to comment how amazing this hotel was including their staff. Manager Ron and Security Officer James were a big help during our event. So nice to see such professional people. Because of them, our event was a huge success. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed, the bathtub took forever to drain. The mattress was terrible so soft I thought i would land on the floor. Heating system was so loud it would wake me when it came on. Not a very good experience.

Overall, a very nice hotel. Convenient to both Route 80 and 287. But what separates most fine hotels is the staff. In particular, Matthew and Jephte are exceptional. Polite, helpful and always accommodating. We have many choices for hotels in the area, but return to the Sheraton Parsippany because of Matthew and Jephte.
