This is the worst Hyatt House I have ever stayed at! It is simply a domestic version of the 7 Days Inn chain. There are no other toiletries except the three essentials (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner).
Even if the water in the hotel is boiled, you cannot drink it. It has a strange smell, as if you are drinking disinfectant water, so you have to buy water for drinking water after staying in the hotel for a few days.
A small, not very valuable handicraft I brought was also missing. Since it was just a small gift, I didn't bother to negotiate with the hotel.
In short, this is simply not the quality that a Hyatt brand hotel should have.

I stayed here last in 2019 and had a pleasant experience. This experience was not as good. I had mold in my shower grout, my AC didn’t function properly, the mattress was way too hard, the people upstairs were jumping around AND I had to unexpectedly pay for parking. I asked the front desk if I could have eight pillows to help make my bed more comfortable and was told that was not possible. I don’t plan on staying here again for my next visit. I should have gone next door to the Sheraton but thought that because I had a good experience last time I was here, I would have a similar. experience this go around. I hope other visitors have had a better experience than myself and that this was just a one off.

Very Very Disappointed. I have been a Hyatt Member for almost Thirty Years. Loved staying at Hyatts. Used to stay about 200 nights a year traveling until I RETIRED. Now that I have retired I don’t travel as much, maybe 25 nights a year. First they take my Elite Status away because I don't stay as much. I am still Gold Elite with Bonvoy. Now that I am a Senior Citizen and receive my 3% yearly Social Security Cost of Living Increase, Hyatt raises the Senior Rates by 10% or more. Stayed at HH East Parsippany NJ, I have stayed here before and NEVER paid for parking. Checked out this AM and had BILL from a Third Party Company for $21.32 FOR PARKING. After I waited over 10 minutes for someone to check me in the night before, had to get someone to find the manager, HE NEVER MENTIONED ANYTHING ABOUT A PARKING FEE, let alone a Third Party Company collecting the FEE. So a room I rented last year for approximately $150.00, now costs $152 +$20 in Taxes and a $21.00 parking fee. $200.00. I must assume next year there will be a RESORT fee of say $30 to use the pool and basketball court. Can you say BIDENOMICS and SHRINKFLATION. NEVER AGAIN?
