這是我住過的最差的Hyatt House了！簡直就是一個國內版的7天連鎖酒店。洗漱用品除了老三樣必備（沐浴液、洗髮液、護髮素）其他的什麼都沒有。
酒店的水就是煮開了也不能喝，有一種怪味，好像是喝消毒水，所以住店幾天喝水都必須買水。
我帶去的一個不怎麼值錢的小工藝品也不翼而飛，因為就是個小禮品，也懶得跟酒店交涉了。
總之，這簡直不是Hyatt品牌酒店應該有的品質，
極差！！！！

Very Very Disappointed. I have been a Hyatt Member for almost Thirty Years. Loved staying at Hyatts. Used to stay about 200 nights a year traveling until I RETIRED. Now that I have retired I don’t travel as much, maybe 25 nights a year. First they take my Elite Status away because I don't stay as much. I am still Gold Elite with Bonvoy. Now that I am a Senior Citizen and receive my 3% yearly Social Security Cost of Living Increase, Hyatt raises the Senior Rates by 10% or more. Stayed at HH East Parsippany NJ, I have stayed here before and NEVER paid for parking. Checked out this AM and had BILL from a Third Party Company for $21.32 FOR PARKING. After I waited over 10 minutes for someone to check me in the night before, had to get someone to find the manager, HE NEVER MENTIONED ANYTHING ABOUT A PARKING FEE, let alone a Third Party Company collecting the FEE. So a room I rented last year for approximately $150.00, now costs $152 +$20 in Taxes and a $21.00 parking fee. $200.00. I must assume next year there will be a RESORT fee of say $30 to use the pool and basketball court. Can you say BIDENOMICS and SHRINKFLATION. NEVER AGAIN?

I stayed one night for a two-day conference. The property did not disappoint! While the building is a bit dated, the hotel is handled with care. It was clean with many updates, and the amenities are plentiful. I would definitely stay again!

The hotel was amazing, but shame on them for charging for parking. $15 a day and it was in a place that parking was not at a premium. I've never paid for parking in a hotel like this. Because of that, I would have to really consider staying there again. The hotel was lovely, and the people were excellent, but I'm disappointed in Hyatt for charging parking.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at the Hyatt house in Parsippany and we just love it there. Everyone is very nice. The place is very clean. And I’ve never seen a breakfast included in a hotel as lovely and with so much variety as the Hyatt House

I would give this hotel 6 stars if I could. The rooms are quiet and comfortable which is the primary concern for any hotel goer. Cleaning service comes by daily to make your room look neat. If you're lucky enough to have one of the rooms with a kitchen, they'll clean your dishes too. The breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of options. The front desk is extremely polite and friendly. It was a fantastic experience and I will return.
