We sent 3 emails asking for the additions they state they offer. All 3 emails came from an automated response, no care taken to accomodate our requests. There was an evening wedding that lasted till 12 midnight and the DJ sets up literally at your bedroom door, have to squeeze past the very large speakers. The free breakfast was refused, we were turned away because it was Mothers Day, I was standing in the doorway with my son, and was told we couldn't enter it was reservation only. None of this is disclosed on the emails or website to book. I thought there was a misunderstanding and explained that I was from the property and we had stayed the night, only to have her shut the door in my face and tell me they were closed. Alternatives to this poor customer service were not offered and are still not offered as a form of compensation for what I PAID for. And that was my first interaction on my MOTHERS DAY. Wasn't very pleasant. The room is clean, the town is beautiful and clean. The people running it, need to improve on customer service skill to be more sucessful in the future. I asked if we could be accomodated for breakfast in the future if we come down again so it would at least be fair and was told no to that as well.
