The hotel room was given to me was very small and lacking in-room facilities and cleanliness.

Lovely stay. Breakfast was great with loads of options. Nice swimming pool and hot tub open to 10pm which can be a great way to end the day. The only criticism is the parking fee of $35 a day. That's a bit too pricey.

The hotel is close to old Pasadena, easy access to most of the attractions.

It's a 5-minute walk from Pasadena Old Street and a 5-minute drive from the nearest Ralph's. There are many places to eat and shop nearby. Don't miss the City Hall and a Japanese restaurant called Wasaka. The hotel parking fee is 35🔪 per day, but the public parking in the same building is capped at 12🔪 per day, so you can save a lot. The hotel has coin-operated laundry, which is very livable.

Overall it's pretty good, but the parking fee of $35 a day is not worth it. The hotel parking lot is connected to the public parking lot, which is much cheaper. The breakfast is rich and the location is excellent. We drove here. The room was not cleaned. The picture shows the public parking lot and the hotel parking lot together. Ctrip wrote at the beginning that it was $25 a day and the hotel was $35.

It was beyond my expectation. As I am a Marriott Platinum member, I was able to check in if there was a room available when I arrived at 11am. Hotels there usually only allow check-in at 3pm. As the hotel is in the old town facing the street, it is a bit noisy. After I explained, I was given a room with a pool view. The newly renovated room is large and comfortable, with a large bathroom and bed. The experience was great! The hotel has a swimming pool and a bonfire, and the layout is comfortable. The old town of Pasadena is very safe, and you can go to nearby restaurants for dinner and shopping at night. There is a supermarket Ralphs with a full range of products, where you can buy California wine, cheese, ham, etc. The restaurants in the old town are also delicious, and the average cost per person is US$25.

The hotel is very new and has a good location. Pasadena is a good place for walking. If you drive, you can park in the parking building behind the hotel for 12 dollars for 24 hours. You don't need to buy the hotel's parking ticket. The hotel charges 35 dollars a day for the same parking building.

The hotel didn't have housekeeping for three nights. The hotel management changed and the waiters were all messed up. Parking was very expensive at $35 a day, but fortunately there was a parking lot next to the room and it was convenient to go directly to the room. The swimming pool was nice. The hotel was old, but it was clean enough.
