Excellent Choice for Business Travelers I booked this stay at Hilton Manila Newport World Resorts for my boss and client during their business trip, and the overall experience was excellent. Location – The location is extremely convenient, especially for travelers needing quick access to the airport. You can walk directly from Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3 via the Runway Manila footbridge in about 10 minutes. It's also less than a 10-minute taxi ride to the airport. Rooms – The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable, and the suites come with a living area and a standalone bathtub. The hotel also has an outdoor heated pool with a swim-up bar. Service – Service from the hotel staff was professional, polite, and helpful throughout the stay. Dining – The breakfast buffet was amazing with a nice variety of choices. The on-site restaurants and there's also a lobby bar and a pool bar for evening cocktails. Amenities – The property felt premium and luxurious. It's connected to Newport World Resorts, Newport Mall just a 2-minute walk away, and plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. Both my boss and client had a pleasant stay and gave very positive feedback. I would definitely consider booking this hotel again for future business trips to Manila

The room is incredibly spacious, and the hotel itself is very luxurious. It's directly connected to Newport Mall, which is fantastic because you don't even need to go outside to access it. Newport Mall has a ton of entertainment, dining options, and even a casino. It's very upscale, the most premium mall in the Philippines.

Really nice place and definitely a great stay! The moment we entered, it already smelled so good. The room was clean, cool, and comfortable, and everything was pretty much perfect. The check-in details and authorization were provided before our arrival, with clear instructions on how to enter the building, which made the check-in process easy and smooth. The balcony view was a little different from what I expected, but it was still nice. The location was also very convenient, with an Alfamart nearby where we bought groceries and food. The elevator was a bit challenging since the area was under construction, but it wasn’t a big issue. The only problem was the electricity going out around 9 AM until our 11 AM checkout. Thankfully, the room stayed cool, so we just slept through it. 😅 Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back! ❤️

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It was our second time here. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. I also appreciated the excellent amenities. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

I enjoyed the room and breakfast food as it was a filipino breakfast dishes. I love staying at savoy that is why everytime my partner goes back to ph i booked here. The only thing i do not like is the checking of the things which belongs to the hotel coz i got my hair dyed in red and it stain on the towel. We stayed there for 3 nights and they kept on changing our towel everyday without noticing that the towels got hair dye which is completely washable. At the end of our stay they saw it on one of the towels and asked us to pay for 3k which runs down to 1k depends on the severity of the hair dye that was on the towel. I asked them that i will not pay for it since it is washable but they insisted it. We cannot go out of the hotel and it was our flight back to SG. They did not even bother to give me receipt also that time i paid. 😮💨

I was not expecting that the room will be bigger. It was clean and very comfortable. They could improve the buffet breakfast, though. Very limited selection. Overall, still okay.

The staff were very welcoming and would always greet you whenever you passed by them. The hotel facilities were also amazing, especially the rooftop area. It was super aesthetic and beautifully designed. The room was also very nice and comfortable. I will definitely book here again!

It was very dirty. Poor cleaning. Wifi not working Please don't use the restroom. Its so disgusting. I don't know how long it hasn't been cleaned.

Seriously, if you're coming here, make sure to let them know in advance! I tried to contact them a day before my arrival, but they didn't read my messages and kept hanging up my calls. I ended up waiting in the lobby for an hour. Honestly, I really don't recommend this place. Despite all that, the stay itself was okay. Oh, and the bed smelled, so I had to ask them to change the covers. Also, Netflix wasn't working in the room.
