The room is not ready, very dusty so I needed to clean. The room doesn’t smell good and the bedsheet, pillow case, and towel seemed used. I requested for a change but they never change our bedsheet so I need to use our own. Customer service is poor, you cannot call them. They promised a cleaning service but they never came. We stayed 3 nights here. I don’t recommend.

I appreciated the fact that the owner was easy to talk to and accommodating. However, the cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. The space was untidy, and the bedsheets and sofa were stained and appeared to have been used prior to our arrival. We also had to request bath towels, as none were provided in the room.
