The taxi driver circled three times before finding the entrance. The hotel's name isn't visible anywhere; the building itself says 'Emperador,' but you can't see it from a taxi. The hotel is a bit worn, and it's actually an apartment with a kitchen. There's no hot water on the second floor, but they provide a bucket, a dipper, and a kettle. The staff is friendly. There are plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. There are also favelas close by, which are quite interesting to explore. Terminal 3 is just across the street, but it's better to take a taxi for 100 pesos. For the price, it's a decent place to spend a night before a flight.

Great location, I honestly regret staying here. I booked it because I know the address on the listing, but Then a dude in a scooter came to pick me up in a trike and took me 3 blocks away. I would never stay here again. Expect roaches, feeling uneasy, and lots of late night noise from the highway.

1. Impossible to find, there are absolutely no signs! I walked around the buildings for 40 minutes, and the third police officer finally told me how to get there. 2. I had to pay extra to check in at 11 AM instead of 3 PM. Well, it's standard practice for hotels, but I really just needed to drop off my bags. 3. The photos speak for themselves. 4. Cockroaches, cockroaches, and more cockroaches! They were even running on the toilet seat. This place is a dump. 5. The windows face the road, so there's terrible noise at night, but you can't close the window. Do you know why? The window handle is broken off; it's simply not there.

It took time for the host to give the keys to us. Story time we checked in at night because our flight was late (host was informed), but upon arrival, we had to wait for about 30-45mins at the lobby bc apparently they were supposed to cancel our booking, but due to oversight they weren’t able to. We received no cancellation notification, so we assumed our stay was good to go. They had no choice i think, and decided to let us in. Nonetheless, the place has good access to spots. It’s walking distance to the airport and 10-15min ride to MOA arena via Grab. Room isn’t properly lit btw, lights are dim at night. TV has no working remote when we stayed. Cleanliness is okay. Wifi is also not so fast. Thankfully, we were still able to spend the new year and the neighborhood is such an experience! Good enough place for a short term stay. I visited manila 4 times already and i got this hotel wrost No good service Used soap on sink Smeely bed No tv channel No wifi (even asked many times they didn’t fix it) Dirty bathroom Left things from previous customers on kitchen Dusty floor A/c not working well and so noisy I don’t suggest this hotel to people who going manila for their vacation

The Wi-Fi wasn't working, and despite asking for it to be fixed, nothing happened. I also saw cockroaches on the walls a couple of times. I arrived before check-in and asked if I could leave my bags at the front desk for two hours, but they said no. Otherwise, it's okay if you just need a place to wait for your flight.

When I read the name, I thought that it was the whole building. It turned out that when I arrived, the guy at reception called the condo owner and the helper of the condo owner went there to help me. Since I was checking in close to 12 midnight, I was asking if I can check out a little longer, instead of 12noon I want to check out at 4pm. The helper arrogantly told me NO, I will be charged extra if I stayed longer than 12pm and he arrogantly told me I can CANCEL. Cancel? Its midnight and it will be hard and unfair to go somewhere else and I already paid. Plus I'm flying out the next day (same day as checkout day) at 11pm. When I actually arrived at the condo unit, I was so disappointed, although the bed was made up, the condo was dirty, the helper even flushes the toilet when he opened the bathroom. The toilet seat has a crack, good thing I have a disposable toilet seat cover. The soap bottle was empty and half of the shampoo sachet was used. There is also a cylinder size hole below the aircon, I should be taken pictures so I can post them for this review. It turned out that they did not have to convince me to leave at 12noon, I was out by 11am. I just hung around the Resorts World area until I went to the airport at 6pm. The location is at the outer edge of Newport Bvld, opposite edge of edge of Resorts World and about 20 minutes walking distance to it. The only good thing about this stay was the internet, it was working when I used it briefly. Be forewarned!

Great experience overall! The booking process was smooth, and the guests were very happy with their stay. Highly recommended.

The hotel is very near the airport. The rooms don’t look at all like the pictures, there’s no hot water, and the sink wasn’t working (we asked the staff to check it) and they never did.

Excellent location because it was only one night before heading to the airport. Very friendly service and quick check-in. The only downside was that there was no toilet paper and there were lots of small cockroaches in the bathroom.
