The location was very convenient, only 7 minutes driver to the airport and 5 minute walk to a very nice shopping mall. There was 24h security at the entrance and a nice swimming pool.
There was a slight issue with the check in as the receptionist told us the room was ready and open which was not the case but apart from the the hotel was very nice

Will not visit again as no toiletries provided. Room also infested with roaches. Whole night ended killing roaches who crawled out. Scary night for us to sleep.

+ Excellent location - 8-minute walk to Terminal 3 - shops and restaurants nearby
+ The apartment's furnishings and amenities are dated, but otherwise OK
+ Friendly and reliable service from the landlord and concierge
+ Beautiful pool
- Shower stall very, very small
- Sofa bed barely usable
- Some appliances don't work or only work to a limited extent
All in all: Very good value, very good location, recommended for a few nights!

Even when i had an confirmation and already paid for the romm. They could not find it and i had to leave the place at 1.30am at night in search of another hotel . Terrible communication and reception has no facilities or systems to check. It is only an entrance to a studio. Apparently they have enough bookings so do not care to be customer friendly.

Unprofessional and unprepared. Messaged two days before arrival and never heard back from property. Arrived on time and front desk had no idea about reservation or the location of the property. Phone number is a voicemail only in a language few would understand. A person showed up at the front desk after we requested a cancel and refund from *******. The person who showed up seemed unconcerned about the situation and resistant to finding a solution. We booked another unit and it was amazing. I would never book here again. It felt more like a scam than a legitimate rental. This property should be removed from *******.

We needed to stay close to the airport, and this One Palm Tree apartment was perfect. The owner and Mr. Mark were excellent communicators. Mr. Mark waited for us to take us to the apartment after a late evening arrival from the USA. I enjoyed the balcony, the washer, and the shower was great. It met all of our needs and was a great 2-day stay.
