The Hotel looks old, dusty and rusty. It needs renovation to keep up with the new Hotels in Pasay. The Hotel is not worth the money we paid. Beds and pillows were not good. No restaurant or convenience store near the place so it’s not recommended if travelling with kids.

The room itself is big and spacious, but it has a bit of smell, and there are these non-stop tiny noises throughout. I didn't wanna bother as most of the time I am not in the room.
Room service was alright, but make sure to be fully aware of who ur talking to in case somethinf comes up as I had a bad experience but in the end they try to fix it and they did try.

Painfull and expensive experience. Paid for executive room, expecrting to have access to lounge with free coffee and tea and cocktail hours just like other hotels. But unfortunately they dont offer such thing. Instead they will deliver 2 boxes of so so pastries. Imagine the price difference between the regular room and executive room? Just giving you pastries and a bigger room.
Room smells old and moldy hence the humidifier available in each room. They have coffee and kettle set but sugar is nowhere to find. Need to request a few times. Breakfast is very sad. No bacon, no sausages, cheese, spreads and jams are not available. Toiletries are limited.
The biggest scam?NO SWIMMING POOL. Yes I should have check first. But really, 4 star hotel based in the metro w/o a pool?
On the positive note, staff are very courteous

Found out the ****** was being renovated and could not be used, very upset because having access to a ****** was the main reason I choose the hotel. The ****** closure should have been disclosed prior to us having arrived after navigating the busy Manila traffic.

I was very disappointed with this hotel. The first thing I request was a fork and knife to have my lunch the hotel brought me a spoon and fork. The second main concern was that there was no hot water. I contacted the hotel and trip.com they tried to fix the water but unfortunately this was not possible. The AC was ridiculously high that I left my -10 degrees weather back home to get to philliphines to enjoy the summer but was disappointed that I couldn't. When I enquired i heard it was because of the christmas decoration that would melt cause it was done from icing sugar. The hotel manager Aiza tried her best to accommodate us and upgraded our room type. At that time she got the engineer to check the water and it got to Luke warm but the next day the water was cold again. The hotel acts as though they are up to international standards but that's not the case. They don't allow room billing unless you ask and it comes to a shock to everyone what you are asking. The standard of food is terrible 😑 I would highly recommend that you reconsider your options for the price you pay cause it was not worth the price we paid. The hotel did have a good fireworks display for the new year and that's what we enjoyed the most. The staff are all kind, friendly and helpful.

1i have been staying at the Midas on every visit to Manila. It's location to the V A regional office and clinic makes for an easy walk alao.
The hotel is very spacious and the rooms are very clean comfortable.
The restaurant offers a nice selection of foods for different tastes and I have never had a bad meal there. The buffets are very large with plenty of selections.
