I loved everything about it except the positioning of the smoking area to the kids pool. I was with my small nieces and we could smell the cigarette smoke from where the kids pool was. It was so gross and ruined the experience for the children. Please do better. The toilet has bidet.

The hotel is easily accessible via Manila airport through the link bridge. There are a lot of food choices within the Newport mall.

This is already our third time staying at the Sheraton, and once again, we couldn’t be happier with our experience. The consistency in service, cleanliness, and comfort is truly commendable. The staff always makes us feel welcome, the rooms are well-maintained and relaxing, and the amenities continue to exceed expectations.
It’s always a pleasant and satisfying stay, which is why we keep coming back. Highly recommended for anyone who values comfort, quality, and excellent hospitality.

My second time staying - I enjoy the breakfast for its variety and quality, and the staff were very attentive. They were also kind enough to upgrade our room for no additional cost, to a Junior Suite which was spacious and had a jacuzzi attached. Definitely would recommend for the quality but also its proximity to NAIA airport.

I booked through trip.com it looks good in the picture so I made a reservation but I was disappointed! It was completely different from the picture. And When I checked in, the staff took me to a different room.Definitely we're not back again in this hotel!
