Shore Residences Mall of Asia Stays by Pbyy

I had a very pleasant stay at Shore Residences Mall of Asia Stays by Pbyyr. The place was clean, comfortable, secure, and well-maintained, which made me feel relaxed and at ease throughout my stay. The location is very convenient, especially with SM Mall of Asia, restaurants, shops, and other establishments nearby. It was easy to get around, and the unit had the essentials I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was accommodating, and the overall experience was good. One small suggestion for improvement would be to have a more responsive contact number or quicker response to guest inquiries, especially for questions or concerns before and during the stay. Improving communication would make the guest experience even better. Overall, I had a safe, convenient, and enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend this place to fellow solo travelers and would be happy to stay here again!

I'ts a nice place to stay especially for couples or families. Very accessible to all and very easy to go nearby places or pasyalan.

The only disappointing part here is that they have provided a dirty looking blanket and towels. WIFI works only 1 day on did not work for another day.The property contact number which said they will assist you is not that accommodating. Also I have to mention here the additional 400 pesos you need to pay aside from the payment you had on trip.com for extending your stay. I paid already on trip.com why would I need to pay them again. As they said,” so i wont have to check out again because the check out is 11am and check in is 2pm. ??? I don’t get why i need to pay that when I just extend my stay and I do I have to check out if I didn’t pay that 400 pesos? I save them for another cleaning of room if I didn’t check out and I should be the one to pay additional?

The stay was really great. We booked for NO BALCONY because it's cheaper but they still gave us WITH BALCONY with no additional charge. The internet is fast. You can cook, the water pressure is great, you can watch Youtube and Netflix on TV. If there is only downside that I could share is that there are NO HYGIENE KIT (which is already indicated on the booking) so you better buy it on the groceries. Their customer service is 24/7 so you can call them anytime. Overall, the stay was very great. Thank you so much!

We stayed here for 3days 2 nights. usage of pool is not free of use. comes with extra charge. View from our balcony is amazing. you can cook in the unit but we didn't try. there are affordable food stalls and cafe outside the building. convenient stores are also available. I just hope the pillows are more comfortable. plus the floor mats are just face towels 🙃

The condo is nice. But only the PBYY staff is not accommodating.

Trip.com is Great 😃 BUT didn't stay at shore residents by Pbyy Thier customer Service is and room 1727 was the worst experience ever !!! We told them as soon as we walked into the room that it was unacceptable but they refused a refund and wouldn't give us another room. They refused to reply to the trip.com customer service. They would not answer the phone or reply to the e-mails sent by Trip.com . The room smelled so bad from the cockroaches I had to leave the room at 1:30 am and only returned to take a shower and change clothes. I was so sick , sneezing and coughing that I had to take medication. The hotel refused to pay for the ER visit and I didn't have enough cash to pay for the medical expenses and had to buy over the counter meds . The entire 17th floor was infested with cockroaches you couldn't even walk without stepping on them . The refrigerator was very noisy and the wall outlet in the bathroom was broken . Water stood on the bathroom floor and wouldn't drain. The bed mattress was terrible. The cabinets are falling apart it was terrible. After 25 hours online with Trip.com they gave us another room and it was clean but couldn't take a shower because there was no handle to turn on the water.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing, and we won't be booking here again. We arrived late at night after our flight from Malaysia to Manila, so we were already exhausted. Finding our assigned tower was confusing—we first went to the main tower and then had to walk to Tower D, which wasn't clearly communicated beforehand. When we finally reached our unit on the 15th floor, there was no mobile signal and no Wi-Fi. The electric fan was very loud, and the air conditioner wasn't cooling the room properly. We were also required to pay a security deposit and an additional fee for our child. Despite the extra payment, no extra bed was provided, and we were simply told to adjust our sleeping arrangements. The unit was initially prepared for only two guests, with just two towels, two blankets, and two bottles of water. We had to request the additional towels, blankets, and water that should have been provided since we paid for the extra guest. They eventually brought them, but we shouldn't have had to ask. Overall, the experience was stressful rather than relaxing. Due to the poor communication, lack of preparation, and maintenance issues, we will not be booking here again and cannot recommend it based on our experience.
