I liked:
- the location
- the reception
- the helpfulness of lady looking after the flat
- the view from flat
I did not like:
- the flat is fairly outdated, regular maintenance and desire for quality of room would be expected
- the bed was damaged and affected the comfort
- the TV had suspicious blue shade on screen
- no coffee and tea in this price range, more value for money, please.

I love the unit that was given to us, The highest floor with a view on New Year's Eve is perfect! The room was spacious and had everything we needed but the wifi was super slow and the microwave was not working so we had to eat our food cold. The location is perfect too, lots of restaurants around and 3 mins walk to terminal 3 and Newport mall

The aircon was leaking a bit but that's okay there were plenty of mats. Also the outlet burned my iphone charger but it was not their fault. I appreciate the staff. Haven't used the pool though. We'll probably stay here again.

Booked this last minute so I can relax after my flight. Upon checking in, I waited for about 15mins for the care taker to arrive and had me out the key. It’s on the second floor, no option to take stairs and have to wait for elevator. Room is spacious but quite outdated. Towels are even kid’s size. Bed is not comfortable, and the entire room has a pungent smell. Door knob to the room is broken, door to the T&B has some cracks, and the worst part - water pressure is insanely weak that I had to go to a fitness gym to take a shower (good thing there’s one downstairs). Did I mention, Wifi is weak to and data signal is dead in the room. Reported it, some staff came but couldn’t do anything about it, offered me to transfer to another room but I decided to check out early anyway. What could be worst to have a room like this after long hours of flight?

Nice room big and has everything you need I like the location and the staff here are friendly and helpful if you need anything shower pressure not the best but we managed fine with it

We booked 2rooms. Location is good, but one air con room 5s is not working. Also in 5s you are not allowed to use the stove top because owner don’t want is what the lady said. Maybe additional charge. There is no fitness room even though it says there is. Check in starts at 2 pm and takes about 30 to 45 minutes. So expect to have room around 3 pm. I will start my checkout around 12 so it will take me 30 minutes to get out. 200 per hour if you want early check in. Best to book night before if arrived early. Roach in bathroom. One big one 2 baby. Room can be cleaner. If they offer free welcome drink, you have to beg for it. Safe building, good location but ya that’s all I have.
