I will surely re book again and again because of the friendly staff from front desk guard and even housekeeping Rooms were a little bit old or with stain but still our stay is enjoyable

The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The hotel room is spacious and clean. Its highly recommended for the solo or family gathering and to stay as well. Near the malls and easy to book a car.

Its a mecca of travelrs who cant afford to spend more. The buffet is not worth it . Over Crowded and only 2 main dish Adobo and longga. Marvel at the View at the 10th flloor windows solid walls of adjacent building.

Hotel was amazing, the staff were very friendly and easy to approach. They assigned us a room with an amazing view. The room itself was tidy, modernized and had every amenity you could need, housekeeper was also very responsive. The location of the hotel is very ideal for travellers looking for a place to stay near the SM Mall of Asia and the Airport. Also has a pool but it was raining so it was fine that we werent able to use it.

Nice hotel near the airport , near biggest mall in Asia that you can get lost there for a day or two, clean the room the big enough for 3 (we were only 2) the staff can’t be nicer.

Cons - Toiet some odours smell. Room for 3 person but towels replacement only 2 daily and had to renind them daily. Shower holder did not hold in position n always slip down. Breakfast buffet average but acceptable. Pros - late check out till 1pm allowed. MOA is 8-10mins walk. Security into hotel is good.

Everyone is approachable except that one front-desk lady. The other ones were nice. The guards and the assistants were also helpful. There were issues with the building. Empty basement parking spots were unavailable due to leaking pipes. The toilet sink was clogged. The AC wasn’t working. One of the lights was flickering. This hotel aged quickly from when we first booked in August 2022. We appreciate that they transferred us to another room.

SLOW WiFi!😭 the 5G mobile data is 10x better. It needs a serious renovation. Mould in the bathroom might be a health concern. The wood in the structure of the interior is falling apart. There’s a construction above my room on a daily basis hammering for hours. The AC kept on failing as it is old. I stayed for 3 nights and it’s a shame that the location is perfect close to MOA. I hope they will improve in the future as it has a potential to be a great 3 star hotel. I’m rooting for you.

Check in was slow and staff was rather “business-like” if not unfriendly. Seen to be a popular hotel for many local tourists. Room was aged and the corridor was dark. Water was leaking from the window and air-con during rainstorm. Bed was all wet. When informed staff was told she will get staff to check. Skip the breakfast. You will be disappointed for sure. Came back at night and found key card not working due to low battery. Waited more than 30mins before able to enter. Again staff can’t be bothered to address the issue promptly simply saying that technical staff is replacing the batteries….at 9…Overall a disappointing stay. Blacklisted.

Service is good, didn't try the food tho, but basically the location near shopping center and lots of restaurants to choice.

Happy staying in this hotel..the room is clean ..all facilities is doing well..hope to stay again here
