Of all the 3 Maine City Residences, this is my most convenient one because it's near everything. But, this is also the worst one. Your Front Office Staff REALLY needs training, they don't greet guests. They don't say Hi, Hello, Good Morning or Good bye. Your room as well needs maintenance. Your Housekeeping needs training as well, they are quick to respond to guest complaints but prevention is always better than cure. It's not my first time to check in to your place but this time it's really the worst one. I wasn't really going to make a bad review but when the guest said Thank you to your staff, at least say Your welcome. I think that's basic in the industry. You need to check your place and people again. It was not like this last time I checked in. Probably not going back to this place again.

The place is very near to DLTB and Jackiner terminal in Buendia.. Price is very good. The room is clean, staffs are kind and accommodating..

酒店位置還算便利，房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適。配有飲水機方便喝水，這點比較貼心。但最大問題是沒有熱水洗澡，夏天還好，冬天就很不方便了。不含早餐，周邊早餐選擇有限。服務態度一般，響應不算及時。整體來説基礎設施能滿足簡單住宿需求，但熱水問題影響了入住體驗，性價比一般，適合對住宿條件要求不高的旅客。

Not good for solo women travelers. You are easily peaked. Hopefully the management will do something about those windows that are very accessible for narrow minded/pervert people (mga may masasamang balak).
