First stay here. Arrived around 12pm and met by Kierk. Received a warm welcome. Fortunately room was ready for me. Check in was a breeze. When I got into my room, my first impression was WOWWWWW! Big room with a sofa bed. Nice carpeted room with a big comfy bed and pillows. A set of soft and firm pillows. Big working desk and complete drink amenities. The shower needed some trial and error though. But I finally manage to adjust the hot water (there’s a safety knob). Strong and warm. Will definitely stay here again.

Praise: Front Desk Officer Mr. Sep provided outstanding support and exceptional customer service, successfully finding a room near my brother's during our brief stay.
Issue: The 7th-floor corridor and rooms have a severe and persistent foul, sewage-like odor. This is a critical maintenance issue that seriously impacts guest comfort.
Action: Please investigate the source immediately. Short-term measures (air purifiers/minty fresheners) are needed until the root cause is fixed.

The hotel is conveniently located across the mall, with plenty of restaurant options to choose from. In the evenings, we enjoyed watching entertainment shows at a nearby hotel, which made the location even more appealing. Breakfast was okay, but the food selection was limited for the price.

This not my first time here and I will always comeback, every time I need a place before my travel. Service is amazing, from guards, front desk and room services. I highly recommend Holiday Inn to my friends and family.

Location is good, travelling to SMX in 15 minutes. Opposite is shopping mall and many selection of food. Room are clean. Air-conditioning is too cold for me but cannot be adjusted. Breakfast average.
My room is facing over other room. No view.
