I booked a condo here and after thirty minutes I received an email saying that the price have changed and now I have to pay $2500 php instead of $1183 php because they had a system error about price so I requested to cancel my reservation first they said not possible and after negotiations they agreed to refund my money, very bad management.

This is an honest review. The facility is at a great location. Our stay was not expensive. There was a bunch of junk like old pictures, modems, shoes left in the room The AC leaked water all over the floor. They do not have sheets for the bed other than the fitted sheet. Don't take the sheet off the mattress to see what it looks like or you will probably choose to sleep on the floor. i was not very sure the linnen was clean. The bath is sort of clean if you don't mind soap scum and a little mold. The building is infested with german cockroaches so don't bring your luggage into your home after your stay or your home will also be infested with roaches. The lobby and common areas are well maintained Alex, our concierge, was very helpful. I have stayed at worse places so I would stay again if needed. Just travel light

Stayed with mom during the weekends. And I was charge 2,400 for less than 2 days parking fee. I used to park and fly and overnight parking only cost 250 to 500 per night so I was so shocked when they told me I need to pay that much . Hope the management will do something about this.
