I booked this trip for three nights for my husband and son for an out-of-town sports event. Typically, my husband only has a little to say about the hotels I pick. However, for this stay, he asked me to write a review. (?!) He said they discovered the TV in the room was broken after unpacking and settling. He called the front desk, and they offered to book another room. Also, the connection on the phone could have been better. He asked them if they could repair the TV while they were away for the next day. They could not, and he was surprised at the lack of interest or simply an apology. When he went to check out, he asked the front desk for a receipt and was told they could not print one because the hotel was booked through ******* and he would have to contact them. I did not book through *******; I made a reservation using my business credit card. It was confusing; why can't a hotel print a receipt? He used the same card to pay and check out. Why could we not receive a receipt for the stay? This was a disappointment. He said the customer service was unremarkable and poor. I will refrain from using this hotel again. Connections from maintenance to the front desk need some help. Housekeeping was good, and the food was fine.
