Check out is supposed to be 11am, yet I had housekeeping knocking at my door at 9:30am. They even tried to open door until I yelled i was in there. When i asked what they wanted, they was like "just seeing if anyone is still in the room, this is housekeeping." An improvement idea or suggestion is to not be so intrusive 1st of all, and 2nd, why not wait until actual check out time, 11am to make those types of checks?! If check out is 11am let people chill til then, that experience made me feel rushed and like i was inconveniencing you. Not cool. Aside from that, hotel was decent, no other complaints. Thats an easy fix if you truly value customer feedback and act on it.
