The walls in our room were really dirty and scraped up and the HVAC unit squeaks quite a bit. The lobby was really nice, friendly staff, good location but definitely needs a good deep cleaning and interior paint.

Clean, comfortable, convenient to airport. Everything that you need for a stay in the Tri-Cities. Across the street from a mall. Large room with everything that you need. Breakfast was very good, with many options and good quality food. Would return and recommend.

I travel there for business. I’m there a lot. I left a very expensive sapphire and diamond ring on the counter in the room (my mistake I know) when I realized my mistake I called the hotel. They said the ring wasn’t there and hope that I find it. The ring won’t be found because it was left in the room. I wish I could stay somewhere else but it’s a company hotel.
