Estive hospedado junto com minha família e foi uma experiência sensacional,hotel possui um atendimento cordial,limpeza boa e área de social com piscina e sauna ,onde deixou tudo bem mais gostoso.Cafe da manhã completo e um bom cardápio para refeições

Os funcionários são muito atenciosos, predisposto a ajudar com o que for, o local e a área da piscina são bem aconchegantes, restaurante com comida muito boa, café da manhã delicioso e acomodação muito confortável! Super recomendo e voltarei a me hospedar mais vezes.

Péssimo hotel! Academia com aparelhos precários, sem manutenção, ambiente sujo. Quartos espaçosos, empoeirado, chuveiro com problemas (mais água fora do que dentro), ar condicionado sem manutenção, sujo e com mau cheiro. A cama era extremamente dura! Cheguei às 17h no hotel e na sequência solicitei a troca de apartamento, informaram que o hotel estava com alta ocupação! Como assim, se cheguei as 17h??? Os quartos são marcados? Restaurante sem nenhum atendente no local! Cheiro de fritura! Enfim, corram deste hotel!

Hotel tem uma excelente estrutura, porém precisa de reformas nas espaços em geral. Limpeza,pintura,móveis estragados,etc. E treinamento do pessoal. Funcionários parecem estar desmotivado. Tivemos uma experiência negativa de forma geral.

Tem tudo para ser ótimo.
Mas infelizmente falta manutenção.
Ja fiquei outras vezes no mesmo quarto e informei da água que vaza do box e da banheira, mas continua do mesmo jeito.
Cama confortável, quarto espaçoso.
Um hotel ótimo para quem quer sossego.
