já me hospedei no class 3 vezes. mas essa experiência foi péssima. estávamos em 4 quartos, todos com algum problema, televisão não funcionava em um, dois estavam com a tampa da bacia quebrada, no meu não tinha papel higiênico, a agua quente acabou em todos os quartos do hotel havendo reclamação geral. o hotel está em reforma e não tinha vaga para os carros tendo que deixar na rua. no café da manhã o tempo todo alguém estava solicitando algo faltando para as funcionárias. ouvi reclamação de um hospede sobre o pedido de um travesseiro, um outro havia sumido o desodorante. sem falar da sujeira na porta do hotel, uma lixeira com o lixo todo no chão por dias e ninguém recolheu, deixando um mal cheiro horrível. o hotel e pet friendely porém não me ofereceram nada para o meu cachorro, e me cobraram 50 reais a diária por ele, tbm não há saquinhos para recolher a sujeira. o hotel precisa de uma boa gestão urgente. pois sempre foi o melhor hotel da cidade.

Ótima localização (Avenida da Moda), com supermercado e restaurantes nas imediações, além do restaurante do próprio hotel. Quartos com bom tamanho, café da manhã variado e bem servido, estacionamento com muitas vagas, check in e check out rápidos.

Logo na recepção uma primeira decepção. Atendente estava mal humorada e descontando nos hóspedes.
Recebemos uma chave e quando abrimos o quarto já tinha alguém hospedado, todas as malas ali, um risco de segurança.
Pedimos pra trocar o quarto e a recepcionista ficou ainda mais mal humorada.
Novo quarto, uma toalha de banho apenas, quarto parecia que não tinha muita manutenção há algum tempo.
Experiência ruim.
Você faz a reserva em um hotel que parece bom e se arrepende. Dorme pois está cansado após uma longa viagem, mas não retorna nunca mais.
