每天進出酒店好比在開F1，酒店的服務態度還行，風景優美，可惜後面幾天酒店的電梯壞了，空手走走也無所謂，退房拿兩個大行李箱下5樓還是挺累的😅

Séjour en famille dans un établissement agréablement situé face à un paysage magnifique. La résidence est proche des activités d'hiver. Le personnel est agréable. Le petit point à améliorer, il faudrait plus de prises électriques fonctionnelles et une penderie avec étagères pour le côté plus pratique.

Nous sommes ici dans une résidence de montagne, située en altitude. L’accès se fait par une route de montagne, il vaut mieux avoir un minimum d'habitude. Le bâtiment date un peu, il est dans son jus, avec un soupçon d'austérité L’accueil n'est pas ouvert en permanence, il faut impérativement respecter les horaires d’accueil. Mais si on arrive 5 minutes trop tôt, le personnel a tout organisée afin qu'on puisse trouver les clés de notre chambre à l’accueil. Les repas sont très corrects, le rapport qualité/prix tout particulièrement !!! Idem pour les chambres, dont le standing correspond à la tarification plutôt faible. Conclusion : Un personnel très à l’écoute et arrangeant, des repas corrects, des locaux bien chauffés en hivers. Un rapport qualité/prix très favorable Désolé de vexer les esprits chagrins et autres personnes totalement incapables du moindre discernement...

Appartement très propre et fonctionnel ( manque juste un miicro onde) et personnel accueillant. nous avons été surclassé dans une chambre avec vue sur le mont blanc car la chambre était disponible. bon rapport qualité prix

Le personnel est très sympathique et appliqué. L’emplacement est idéal pour faire de belles balades en forêt et en montagne. La station de plaine houx propose de nombreuses activités. La formule buffet de l’hôtel est très appréciable.

Appartements familiaux spacieux, confortables. Piste amélioration pour ustensiles cuisine et vaisselle ( pas assez nombreux). Un personnel d'accueil très sympathique et d'une grande gentillesse. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille

Pas satisfait de l'ensemble du logement, vaisselle pas propre et il y avait pas de cafetière et manquait le bouchon de l évier et déçu du buffet du soir et trop chère pour ce que c'étais et vitre pas nettoyé
