La estadía en general es fué muy buena, magnifica atención de todo el personal que siempre está pendiente y son agradables, también sobresale la buena sazón en el restaurante y la limpieza en todas las areas.

Una muy grata experiencia, la amabilidad del personal, nos dejaban todas las noches bebida caliente y alguna galletica, además dejaban una bolsa de agua caliente para calentar las cobijas. Todos muy atentos incluyendo los del restaurante.

El hotel como está es bonito !!! La ubicación es buena muy central, pero tuve varias experiencias negativas, primero el parqueadero es extremadamente estrecho el ingreso y mal distribuido !!! Segundo las habitaciones que dan hacía el Resturante son muy ruidosas y si no debes madrugar no aceptar estas habitaciones porque a las 6 am empiezan a hablar y demás y te despiertas seguro, en el tema del Resturante el desayuno es muy bueno la verdad, los otros platos son muy costosos para lo que son, y también tuve una mala experiencia con el servicio a la habitación pedí algo y pregunté varias veces si era como yo quería y me enviaron todo lo contrario y a pesar de que fue error de ellos me lo cobraron igual, las habitaciones son cómodas pero muy frías no me gustaron, algo para resaltar la verdad que tienen Directv en las habitaciones y hasta con el canal win + gratis, la atención es buena !!! Pero la verdad me decepcionó hasta el punto que realice mi check out luego de la primera noche y me cambie a otro hotel !! Y la solución de ellos no fue la mejor !!!
