El hotel no cuenta con cajilla de seguridad en el closet de la habitación, ni alarmas en los pasillos, lo que condujo a que sustrajeran de mi bolso de viaje, que se encontraba dentro del clóset unas gafas de sol costosas. El cliente se ve sometido a permanecer en todo momento, abriendo y cerrando CON CANDADO sus maletas para custodiar sus objetos de valor dinero y/o Tarjetas bancarias. OBLIGACIÓN QUE LE COMPETE AL HOTEL, NO AL CLIENTE. ¡QUE INCOMODIDAD! Al hacer el RECLAMO, te hacen sentir como si TU estuvieras AUTO ROBANDOTE, EL GERENTE NO ATIENDE LA QUEJA, se queda en silencio. ¡QUE INJUSTICIA! El desayuno es muy aburrido, no cuentan con variedad de productos. ¡NO TE PERMITAS UNA EXPERIENCIA DESAGRADABLE.....!
