The best located hotel in Patmos! Very clean, well organized, well managed. Fantastic breakfasts, served with a smile and enthusiasm by affable and courteous staff. We really liked it. Very nice roof terrace, with a beautiful view of Patmos and Hora. We will come back.

Disgusting place we found cockroaches. The rooms were not renovated as they advertise extremely small and humid. The owner had no manners at all terrible customer service and overall a very bad experience. If you want to ruin your experience in Patmos stay at this “hotel”.

a nice hotel for the standards of a small island. Very close to the port. Very clean and overall pleasant.
One thing that for me was a problem was the fact that the balcony door is less than 1.90 m height which is not the norm and I kept beating my head.
The parking can be a problem since there is nothing of the hotel and practically not even at the surroundings.

A refund for the last night because I met one of my friends
