The landline kept making noise all night. I called hotel reception so many times - no response. I had to call from mobile at reception- they picked. I asked to send someone to check - no one came. No one checked next day too. Breakfast was very bad. These guys are not professional at all. Like any local hotel with irresponsible staff

Very tastefully decorated room with excellent housekeeping staff. Prompt services & articulate revert in all aspects. Made my stay very comfortable and attuned to my requirements.

Service is pathetic. You may keep calling for the items in the restaurant or you place order for room service, it's all the same. Keep waiting. Nobody bothers. So much so, water availability which is the ro water, is scarce
