We had an absolutely amazing time at gar-gee grand hotel. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great decor and crisp bed sheets. The staff were attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. The only disappointing thing was that the room service was very slow.

No water in bathroom shower
no hot water
no toilet roll
there should be checklist, before clearance of all ok, one should verify checklist. Instruction booklet not available
a) how to connect wi-fy
b) all paid items for refreshment, it must be complementary c) for 2 guest in one room at least 2 liter water should be kept. D) for 4* hotel these all should be taken care

Food quality and variety both was average, voice of intercom provided in room is very poor, 10 time i have to phone to register my complain. House keeping of room was below average as they have provided me a room which was not cleaned properly.

Though i have been staying at this hotel occasionally for the past 7-8 years during my visit in patna on a business tour or personal. I have found regular upgradation in their amenities. Rooms are well equipped with all modern amenities. I can say staying is no doubt pleasant, staffs are very courteous and well behaved. I wish them all the best.
