I am Booking hotel For 2 person Room Size Shows me 306sqft with king size bed and in picture contain Chair with Sofa and table ,but in room Dont have any sofa,bed size is not king size ,king size measurement was 6 feet * 6.5 feet size but this was not,there was lot of problem like ,when the time of check-in when i reached in hotel reception Ac of Receiption was not working and lights of reception area does not work,when i ask in reception they told me , there was an issue in ac from last few days,and when i ask about the swimming pool what was the time of pool they told me its only morning 7 am to 12 noon only after that they have private party and corporate deals... And i am paying Rs 5500 approximately for not handling these types of problem and hotel was in 4 star category and they argue like a 2 star category hotel ...they are only doing time pass nothing else...and this thing not good for your brand and impression was bed..... and I am Never Suggest Any One to Stay in this hotel, and for the Swimming Pool ,they told us not to use it under Maintenance and otherwise our Time of swimming pool was 7 AM to 12Noon

Over all a clean property. Curtsies staff and nice housekeeping services. Kitchen is fine, i liked their chinese preparations other than normal good. Room size may be of issue as i found it to be little small, compared to what you expect when you pay rs. 6000/ day.

Poor housekeeping service. Mattresses were soaked with blood noticed while check out. Horrible stay.

Stay here is good room neat and clean bathroom is gorgeous. Staff behaviour is very polite. Breakfast is so good tasty. Everything is good.

Staff behaviour is good, property is nice, food is super awesome, property is situated in the centre of the city

Room size very small

Currently hotel not having the same status in terms of food, room and ambiance, average hotel compare to others. Especially food not great what we expect.

Stay is fantastic, cooperative staff room was also good overall good experience

Felt secured and hotel room was good. Room temperature ac was not proper though. But overall caretijg and other services were good
