Poor service, delayed response, unfriendly staff-my ac was not working and they took 10 hours to change my room and it was painful to stay without ac in this summer. Mattress and blanket are also not comfortable and untidy.

Room: smelly and moist room floor. Noisy ac and old age fan. Dull co-loured walls of the room. Poor quality cushioned bed and old blanket, not in condition cover yourself. Washroom: rusty bathroom tiles. Uncomfortable and yellowish commode. Most of the customers will avoid using. Staff behaviour: good but try to offer bad conditioned rooms to introvert customers. Room service: poor. Inactive till customer approaches. Try to convince poor conditions as excellent. Such service is not appropriate for introvert people. Location: safe, secure and one of the best in the city. But, very noisy and hot due to other buildings exhausts. Suggestion: hotel should charge at least 30-35% less in such service. Focus on room cleanliness, colour and new furnitures and cushions. Washroom needs special attention.

Every thing is just good. Bed is very old style, door and window are also in poor condition, but food is delicious.

Property location is in heart of city centre. Food is average. There is issue in providing complementary water bottle in the room. Everytime one has to follow for water & it takes a lot of time as the staffs are not to provide without paying. Rooms are okay, bath room needs maintenance.

Stay is pleasant. The place is neat and clean and the staff are also professional. The room service is also nicely ***aged.

Room was very small and not hygienic, there was no window in the room. Only thing good was location.

In morning water was not there in room, it is quit safe for couples but blackets were very old. Room was clean. I stay there for only 4 hours.

All good except bathroom floor is very rough and dirty. All staff behaved well. Noise problem.

Staff are good behavior. Room is not old as per prize.
