Rajkaran and Avnish were particularly and all staff in general were very disciplined and courteous. Great location. Good ambience. Have advised my company to go for formal tie up with your hotel. Would love to come again. Location is very mast

Rajkaran and Avnish had done a GRE job at recept sunny Adresh vikram had done good work at room cleaning and other facilities. Hotel is at great location and easily reachable from airport. Staff are near by relway station good location ........

The rooms are okayish; perhaps perfect for one day business trip but not that great to stay for more then that. In fact experience with ginger has been great in general for me but this one with specific to stay isn't that great with small and congested rooms. Rest the food is great, mutton bhunna and rogan josh is must try here. Polite staff

While the rooms looked clean, in actual the bed sheets and towels were not white and had turned gray and the towel was from 2018. The bathroom was clean but the taps were full of water marks. The food was really good, all praises in this dept from my end. Also the check in-check out process was a breeze, really cool. All in all a complete package kind of deal with room for improvement.

The hotel is decent and well located but some of the service levels are below par - stayed for 5 times in last 3 months and this one was the lowest experientially - towels were old and worn out room no 409 had stink : i usually take deluxe rooms and these have been decent but overall this time was below par - it’s a 3 star property and should be the best in class since it’s from ihcl !
