Achei o hotel bom, porém o banheiro não esta em boas condições de limpeza, muito limo nos azulejos. Serviço de quarto também deixou a desejar, só havia 1 conjunto de toalhas e foi solicitado outro que não foi levado a tempo.

Sempre me hospedo no Fratelle devido a alta qualidade dos quartos e seu conforto mas essa ultima hospedagem deixou a desejar. O ar condicionado do quarto parou de funcionar durante a noite e a qualidade do café da manhã também está baixa pelo preço que se cobra, com pouca variedade e alimentos pouco saborosos.

Acomodação muito boa. Recomendaria expandir a cobertura do teto a todos os estacionamentos e o café da manhã poderia ir até 10:30.
No box do quarto em que fiquei, o piso apresenta-se desnivelado, não permitindo a saída de água completa para o ralo. Alaga.

O hotel do porte do Fratele sendo o check out com fila e demorando até meia hora. Sem explicação. Sistema super lento. Os atendentes muito cortes, educados etc, mas irrita todos da fila. As instalações são boas, quarto bastante confortável café ótimo, mas com check in e check out, pelo amor de Deus

Ao realizar o checkout, e por um erro de sistema, realizei o pagamento dobrado! Estou esperando o estorno por parte do hotel há duas semanas, e simplesmente não resolvem o tema com senso de urgência! Já liguei por diversas vezes, porém sem sucesso, já enviei vários e-mails e também sem sucesso . Gestão péssima, sem nenhuma preocupação em gerar satisfação ao cliente! Não recomendo… Pois, não basta ter uma estrutura física bacana, se a prestação de serviço for ruim.

Atendimento na recepção deixa a desejar, falta de comunicação, em alguns momentos chamada pelo interfone e desviada e tive alguns problemas com a reserva pois reservei por um período maior e um funcionário me alegou que o hotel estava com lotação max. praticamente obrigando fazer check out, sem nenhuma descrição. Falta de bom senso e profissionalismo. O hotel tem uma infra estrutura ótima e TB limpeza ok. Mas achei que com relação ao atendimento não é profissional.

Mesmo com reserva quando cheguei no hotel a atendente me informou que o preço da diária iria aumentar cerca de 45% porque tinha evento na cidade. Imagina você viaja 400 quilômetros com hotel reservado quando chega, o hotel resolve não cumprir o acordado. Pedi um determinado quarto e a atendente me disse que só se eu pagasse mais. Conclusão: total inexperiência no setor hoteleiro. Administração precária
