The VIEWS! Can't say anything negative about the location, it seems that every room (except for the view in the back) have fjord views. The room is tight for two people with a few items of luggage, but manageable for one night (and it's Iceland — the rooms are often smaller than expected). That said, the bed was very comfortable and the room was impeccably clean, towels included. There are two buildings and one of the washrooms smells a bit musty with a dim light, but I don't really mind those conditions (just writing here for others who may have higher standards haha). Now, the buffet breakfast was phenomenal and included in the price, so this stay is an absolute winner if you're staying in Patreksfjordur! I also left one of my bikinis by accident, so I hope the employee is enjoying it now haha.

Az egyik legjobb vendégház 14 napos izlandi körútunk során. Parkoló az épület előtt. A francia recepciós lány kedvesen fogadott minket. Kávéautomatából ingyenes meleg italok fogyaszthatók. A közös használatú fürdőszoba és konyha, és a szobánk is nagyon tiszta volt. Reggelire lazac, házikészítésű lekvárok, friss gofri a gyerekek örömére és mindez csodálatos kilátással. Az egyetlen negatívum, hogy a mi szobánk (4 fős) egy szuterén helységben volt, így nemhogy kilátásunk nem volt, de kimondottan sötét volt a szobában.

This was an unacceptable place. The room is so small it is the size of a closet. The beds are so narrow you cannot turn in them without falling. I asked for a double bed but didn’t get it. I should have left but we were so tired. They ought to only rent those beds to children? I am not a large person. Just cannot believe the unacceptability. This is our 5th night in Iceland and definitely the worst accommodation. On top of the insulting room we gave to share a bathroom with strangers.

Een ontzettend fijn verblijf gehad. We waren hier maar voor 1 nachtje vanwege onze reisplannen. Alleen al voor het verblijf zou je een nachtje langer willen blijven. De eigenaresse is aardig en laagdrempelig in contact. Het enige nadeel is dat de kamers gehorig zijn vanwege de gipsplaten wandjes(zo konden wij onze buurman horen snurken). Beide badkamers zijn onlangs nog opgeknapt en zien er keurig uit. En zoals meerdere beoordelingen, een goed ontbijtje waarmee je top de dag kunt starten!

Une gesthouse à la décoration soignée donnant sur le fjord. Les parties communes sont bien tenues. La cuisine a disposition est bien equipée. On peut également profiter d'un jardin. Enfin, le petit dej servi le matin est varié. Une bonne adresse à conseiller

Abbiamo alloggiato per una notte in questa guesthouse durante il nostro on the road di due settimane e non esagero nel dire che è stato il miglior alloggio che ci ha ospitato. Credo che sia stato perfetto sotto ogni punto di vista: il receptionist simpatico ed accogliente; la camera essenziale ma abbastanza spaziosa; servizi in comune puliti e ben tenuti (bagni multipli in un numero adatto in proporzione alle camere). Prezzo giusto se si considera anche la costante disponibilità di bevande e cookies durante il giorno ed una abbondante colazione, estremamente varia ed adatta ad ogni esigenza. Sicuramente consigliato!

We can start with the scenerio, it is beautiful and peaceful. The staff is kind and welcomes you with everything you wish for. The rooms, toilets and shower clean. Garden with a sitout and a Grill. The breakfast was one of the best I have ever had. Different then hotels, and other places I have been to. My 2 days stay was super. Thanks guys.
