Centara Properties in Pattaya

Overall the hotel is very nice with excellent service. Room service is outstanding and the staff is kind and welcoming. We love the pool and the sea view, and particularly the sunset scene was awesome! Location is a bit far from main roads and amenities. Without personal car, it is a bit hard to go out for local food and taxi is the only option if you don't wanna walk. However, they have nice kitchen and variety of food. Hotel price though. Breakfast buffet was great. It is famous for family and kids, so you can expect it to be crowded with kids during weekends.

We arrived around 3 PM, and the hotel was quite busy. The front desk lady gave us a room in Building 2, but there was a terrible smell coming from the toilet drains. We asked to change rooms, and she said she would call when a new one was ready — but no one ever called. After waiting until 5 PM, we went to ask again, and another lady told us the room was already ready. The hallway and room cleanliness (toilet bowl really need attention, hair everywhere in toilet, dusty flooring) could be improved. Breakfast had a great variety of choices. Overall, if cleanliness improved, Centara would be a really nice hotel.

Hotel is clean enough , breakfast contain bread, fruit, main dish like porridge, rice noddle , vegetable and meats and omelettes station and coffee and juices , quite complete breakfast. Can see quite a lot of Indian tourist stay in this hotel and they have occupied the swimming pool all the times, hotel location is strategic and with hotel private car park. Air cond is cold , hotel even look abit old but still functional and I have no complains.

GREAT stay again @ my preffered hotel at Pattaya. Closed by Central Pattaya, Soi 6 , Beach-Road, Soi Bhuakao, even Walking Street within 20min walking distance. ENJOY it & PATTAYA 🤗
