The security guards at the community entrance are very responsible; they thoroughly check every person or vehicle entering. It seems there are many different property management units within the community. You can instantly contact the owners by adding them on WeChat or calling their direct phone numbers. They will arrange for staff to come to the entrance to pick you up, usually within about ten minutes. Your passport photocopy will be scanned and printed in the security office. The community is very quiet. Unfortunately, the rooftop pool was under renovation due to the off-peak season, otherwise I would have loved to try it out. There's an umbrella provided in the bedroom, and all basic amenities are complete. The value for money is pretty good. I imagine the experience would be even better if it were a sea-view room. It would have been helpful if there were instructions for the water heater in the bathroom. If I have another chance to visit Pattaya, I would consider staying here again.

Nice one,but pool from the31 floor unavailable when we get to hotel.A lil bit disappointed but rest of all nice view,excellent service.

Always very nice to return to this condo. Entrance checks are too strict. Keys at 3 PM. Better if, like other hotels, from 2 PM. Apartment on the 16th floor. Nice view. Clean and tidy. Fully equipped with accessories but missing coffee and tea. Some small items are very cheap. For the condo, check-in and check-out operations are quick.

Great! There's a table, which is really good. It was perfect for the three of us. The sofa bed wasn't uncomfortable at all, which is a huge plus. The air conditioning was also excellent. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

I had a wonderful stay. The room was very clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. The highlight of the stay was definitely the beautiful sea view from the room. Waking up to such a stunning view every morning was truly relaxing. I would highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again in the future.
