The location is great. Not in the busy area of Pattaya, recommended for those who prefer a quiet place. 24-hours-operated convenient stores are in walking distance. I got a free upgraded room because the room I booked was full. The room was very clean and spacious. Despite a pool-view room, no noises disturbed.

The hotel is conveniently located with plenty of dining options nearby, and it's easy to get to other attractions. The rooms are spacious and clean, and there was even staff dedicated to helping us with our luggage upon arrival. This was by far the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to Thailand. They also offer a complimentary breakfast with a wide variety of choices to suit different tastes. For example, there was pork congee, chicken congee, and rice for Chinese guests, while American guests could enjoy coffee, pasta, bread, and salads. If I ever come back to Pattaya, I'll definitely book this hotel again.

Arrived early and thankfully, Nesty at the front desk helped us check into our room and store our luggage right away, so we could start our day. The hotel is close to the Sanctuary of Truth and Pattaya Beach, and it's also convenient to get to Terminal 21. The breakfast met our needs, and most importantly, it offers excellent value for money!

This hotel is excellent! From the moment I stepped in, I was so impressed by the front desk staff. They were lovely, friendly, and provided outstanding service with great recommendations. Plus, I got a clean, spacious room with a soft bed and ice-cold AC. The pool was clean, and the food was delicious. Anyone visiting Pattaya, I highly recommend this hotel. The quality far exceeds the price! And Nesthy from the reception desk provided superb service.

only one elevator and only one card key provided every room
